At Jubilee Thrift, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, so we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in the same condition as when they left our boutique.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included to help us identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will issue your digital gift card or process your exchange, typically within 3 to 5 business days.
